Color Studio

Color Studio Automatic Dispensing System is a new industrial automation solution designed by DONPRO specially for textile dyeing enterprises, it replaces traditional manual dosing methods and enables precise weighing, automatic delivery, and efficient management of auxiliaries. This system is applicable to dyeing machines, stenters, pre-treatment & post-treatment equipment, etc., supporting simultaneous management and configuration of auxiliaries for multiple dyeing machines, including liquid dyes and brightening agents (specialized design), featuring high versatility and stability.

Through automated operation, the system effectively eliminates issues such as inaccurate manual weighing, feeding delays, and material spillage, significantly improving production efficiency, first-pass yield, and cost control. It automatically generates reports, enabling enterprises to accurately analyze costs and consumption, thereby achieving refined management.

As a core part of this solution, The Fully Automated Dyeing Machine Chemical Dosing system integrates storage, metering, delivery, and distribution functions to meet the dyeing plants requirements. It consists of a central control system, self-service calling station (one for every six dyeing machines), electromagnetic flow meters, transfer pumps, and T-valves. Operators use infrared scanning for autonomous dosing, and check historical records, defect tracing, and perform cost analysis in real time—ensuring precise metering, simple operation, minimal human error, and reliable quality.

Featuring corrosion-resistant chemical rotor pumps and high-precision German flow meters, the system supports both manual order scanning and seamless integration with the Dyeing Central Control system for unattended intelligent production. Customizable configurations (premium, standard, or economical ) are available for dyeing machines, stenters, scouring machines, and other applications, offering flexible solutions for modern textile manufacturing.
