INTRODUCTION
Color Studio Automatic Dispensing System is a new type of industrial automation solution designed by COLOR STUDIO, which is specially designed for printing and dyeing enterprises., replacing manual chemical dosing with precise, automated measurement and delivery. This system is applicable to dyeing machines, stenter frames, pre-treatment and post-treatment equipment, enabling simultaneous management and distribution of multiple auxiliaries—including liquid dyes and optical brighteners (specially designed)—with high versatility and reliability.
By eliminating human errors such as inaccurate weighing, delayed dosing, and material waste, the system significantly enhances production efficiency, first-pass yield, and cost control. It automatically generates reports for detailed consumption analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making and refined management.
The Fully Automated Dyeing Machine Chemical Dosing, a core component of this solution, integrates storage, metering, delivery, and distribution functions to meet diverse factory requirements. It consists of a central control system, self-service calling stations (1 per 6 dyeing machines), electromagnetic flow meters, transfer pumps, and T-valves. Operators can initiate dosing via infrared scanning at workstations, with access to historical records, defect tracing, and cost analysis—ensuring precision, simplicity, and consistent product quality.
Featuring corrosion-resistant chemical rotor pumps and high-precision German flow meters, the system supports both manual order scanning and seamless integration with the NES-04 Dyeing Control System for unattended smart production (e.g., the NES-ATS01 Dosing System). Customizable configurations (premium, standard, or economy) are available for dyeing machines, stenters, scouring ranges, and other applications, offering flexible solutions for modern textile manufacturing.
