TECHNICAL FEATURES
High Efficient Centrifugal Pump
The newly designed centrifugal pump, with suction port at the lowest position of the main tank to ensure that the pump can fully suck the liquid, while the air automatically enters the main tank to reduce the cavitation.
Pulse Dyeing Technology
In ultra-low liquor ratio dyeing process, the inverter adjusts the main pump speed to produce a specific frequency of water waves. With this pulse dyeing technology, the yarn will constantly shrink and relax to obtain a great dyeing effect, meanwhile, it reduces the main pump energy consumption.
Ultra-Low Liquor Ratio 1:4
The dye liquor passes through the main pump, reversing device, heat coil, then goes through the bobbin from inside-out and returns back to the vessel. This process requires only a certain amount of water at the bottom of the machine to achieve ultra-low liquor ratio dyeing. The liquor ratio starts from 1: 4, meanwhile reducing the consumption of steam, water, and auxiliaries.
Dual-Cycle Process
The yarn can also be dyed in a conventional way, from inside-out and from outside-in, in a completely flooded kier.
Pre-Dry Function
By pressing out the remaining water of the packages, the process time is effectively shortened.
Flexible Loading
Whether in single cycle or dual-cycle process, UNI ECODYE is possible to reduce the carrier loading up to 50%.
Smart Rinsing
By filling the fresh water and draining the waste water at the same time, the smart rinsing function can reduce water consumption and time during the washing process.
Inside High Efficiency Heating Coil
The innovatively designed internal heating coil significantly reduces heat loss, liquor ratio and saves space.
