Ultra-Low Liquor Ratio 1:4

The dye liquor passes through the main pump, reversing device, heat coil, then goes through the bobbin from inside-out and returns back to the vessel. This process requires only a certain amount of water at the bottom of the machine to achieve ultra-low liquor ratio dyeing. The liquor ratio starts from 1: 4, meanwhile reducing the consumption of steam, water, and auxiliaries.
