In 2024, DONPRO (Jiangsu) together with DONPRO International achieved a historic breakthrough: annual sales exceeded 100 million yuan for the first time, and the number of equipment deliveries also hit a record high.
The conference also set the company’s goal for 2025. The company leadership stated that in the new year, they will sprint towards the new height of the “two little goals” (i.e., 200 million yuan). Facing the future, the company asked all employees to refine products with “craftsman’s heart”, serve customers with “win-win thinking”, and meet challenges with a “zero-based mentality”, joining hands to achieve even greater success in the new year.
Start Anew: Comprehensively Upgrade Employee Benefits and Implement Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement
The third agenda focused on “Start Anew”, announcing a series of important measures aimed at enhancing employee well-being and factory operation efficiency.
In terms of employee benefits, the company will usher in a major upgrade. In the future, industrial fans will be fully installed in the production workshops for cooling in summer. At the same time, the company canteen will undergo a comprehensive renovation, and the meal standard will be further improved, creating a more comfortable working and living environment for employees.
In terms of management optimization, the company will comprehensively reset its factory production system, integrate redundant resources, optimize operational processes, prioritize improving production efficiency and product quality, and effectively implement the policy of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
In addition, the company’s factory appearance will be completely renewed. DONPRO will carry out a comprehensive renovation of the factory inside and outside, further standardize employee work discipline, and welcome the new year with a brand-new look.
