1. Job Responsibilities:
Customer Development & Maintenance
Develop overseas clients through e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba International, Amazon), trade shows, and social media (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn); respond to inquiries and follow up to convert orders.
Maintain relationships with new and existing clients, handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service; establish and analyze client records regularly.
Full Order Process Management
Manage order negotiation, contract signing, production follow-up, logistics coordination (customs, shipping), and payment settlement to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare foreign trade documents (invoices, packing lists, customs documents) and be familiar with L/C verification and foreign exchange settlement processes.
Market Research & Data Analysis
Collect and analyze international market trends, competitor information, and industry developments; develop sales strategies and pricing plans.
Submit regular sales reports to support product optimization and market expansion.
Platform & Product Management
Optimize company e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba International) product pages, release new product information, and increase visibility.
Assist in translating and localizing product promotion materials.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical departments to resolve issues during order execution (e.g., quality control, delivery schedule confirmation).
Participate in domestic and international trade show preparations and client receptions to showcase company capabilities.
2. Job Requirements:
Education & Major
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
Language & Skills
English CET-4 or above, fluent in business English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Office software, foreign trade management systems (e.g., Fumen), and cross-border e-commerce platform operations.
Experience & Competencies
1–3 years of experience in international trade, familiar with the full foreign trade process and international trade rules.
Market awareness, negotiation skills, stress tolerance, and the ability to independently develop clients and achieve sales targets.
