1. Job Responsibilities:
Provide after-sales technical support for company products (machinery), including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Respond promptly to customer technical inquiries and complaints, offering professional solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide necessary guidance and advice for issues encountered during product use.
Support the production department by assisting in resolving technical problems during manufacturing to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the sales team to maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Handle emergencies or urgent technical support requests; short-term travel may be required.
2. Job Requirements:
Preferred majors: Electrical Automation, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; familiarity with electrical operations; ability to work independently is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work diligently.
Detail-oriented, thorough in problem-solving, able to handle various customer issues independently, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
