1. Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company’s products in the domestic market, develop new clients, and maintain existing customer relationships.
Develop personal sales plans based on company targets and achieve performance goals.
Collect market information, analyze customer needs, and provide targeted solutions.
Follow up on the order process, coordinate logistics and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Regularly report sales data and market trends, and propose suggestions to optimize sales strategies.
2. Job Requirements:
Education: Associate degree or above; majors in marketing, business administration, or related fields preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in fast-moving consumer goods, machinery, or building materials is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and business negotiation skills; able to travel for work. Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
Technical: Proficient in Office software and CRM systems (if applicable).
