1. Job Responsibilities:
Perform surface polishing, grinding, and deburring of products made of metal, plastic, glass, etc.
Operate polishing machines, grinders, and other tools to ensure product surface meets quality standards.
Select appropriate polishing materials (e.g., sandpaper, polishing wax, wool wheels) according to process requirements.
Inspect polished products to prevent defects such as scratches or deformation.
Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness, following safety regulations.
2. Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of polishing experience; familiarity with hardware, molds, stainless steel, etc., is preferred.
Entry-level positions available for trainees with paid training.
Skills:
Ability to read simple drawings or process cards and understand roughness standards (e.g., Ra values).
Experience with manual or automatic polishing equipment is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Able to work standing for extended periods; good physical condition (some parts may require lifting).
Other:
Experience in related industries (e.g., sanitary ware, automotive parts, jewelry processing) is a plus.
